Kristen Bush

Trainer/Consultant

Kristen Bush (she/her) has over 15-year experience developing, implementing, and managing programs, initiatives, and policies that create positive change in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice. Having worked in multiple sectors (non-profit, government, and education) her passion is to help individuals and organizations develop practices that align with their vision and values and produce tangible desired outcomes. Kristen holds a B.A. in Psychology from Duke University, an M.S. in Social Work (with a specialization in Social Enterprise and Administration) from Columbia University and is currently working on completing her International Coaching Federation Certification. Prior to joining Create Forward, she served as the Director of Student and Alumni Affairs at New York University's School of Global Public Health. Here she spearheaded an interdisciplinary Advisory Group, which advised and provided thought leadership to the Dean and Vice Dean of the School on DEIJ-related strategic planning and institutional change visioning efforts.
